These Terms of Service apply to Fixlist — Website Feedback Reports ("Fixlist"). By using Fixlist, you agree to these terms.
Fixlist provides local screenshot capture, annotation, website-feedback issue management, and developer/completion PDF generation tools. You are responsible for reviewing generated reports before sending or relying on them.
Capturing, annotating, organizing issues into projects, and JSON backup are free forever. Each user receives three free distinct PDF report exports. Re-exporting the same unchanged selection, or creating both available PDF types for it, does not use another free export. Fixlist Pro is an optional subscription that unlocks unlimited PDF report exports.
Fixlist Pro costs USD 5 per month and renews automatically until canceled. Payments are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the subscription-management link in Fixlist. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Payments already made are generally non-refundable for customer-initiated cancellations. If a technical problem prevents access to paid functionality, contact yocchan.business+fixlist@gmail.com so we can investigate and provide a reasonable remedy, replacement access, or a refund where appropriate.
Fixlist stores your projects, issues, screenshots, and annotations locally in your browser. You are responsible for exporting backups and protecting access to your device and browser profile. Uninstalling the extension, clearing browser data, or losing the device may delete locally stored data.
You may not misuse Fixlist, interfere with ExtensionPay or Stripe, bypass payment controls, distribute a modified copy as your own service, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Fixlist is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of locally stored data. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update Fixlist or these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, through the store listing or the extension.
